Kindle questions

the_deep_magicDoes anyone with a Kindle Touch know how to change the font size on PDF files once they're loaded on the Kindle? Because the "Aa" option doesn't pop up on the bottom toolbar. Actually, the bottom toolbar doesn't pop up at all. And while I'm at it, is there a way to change the file or author names for personal files you've put on there?
