the_deep_magicI heard "American Pie" on the radio today and it made me wonder... have I got any former TIPsters on my flist? Me, I did one summer ('96) at the Beaufort marine lab and three summers ('97-'99) at Duke East Campus first term -- two years in The 'Spaugh and one in Brown. Some of the best times of my life, right there. Anyone else remember Quadfest? Wear-a-Skirt Wednesdays*? Hazing the Pegramites? Blasting REM (munnuhmunnuhmunnuh Leonard! Bernstein!) and spinning around until you puke?
