The studio I go to is really laid-back (I mean, it's YOGA, how uptight can they be?) and doesn't push anyone on anything. I'm bendy in certain ways but absolutely not in others, and I've never gotten any grief for it. In fact, the teacher keeps talking about how flexibility isn't the point -- it's all about gratitude and breeeeeathing and all sorts of abstract shit. :o)
