Summary: Atonement AU prompted at the Sinfest v. 5. Zach is the son of a maid for the Pine family in 1935 England. He and Chris grew up together, and have recently reunited at the family estate over the summer holidays. Hopefully this will make sense even if you’re not familiar with the original.
