I'd write, which is what I'm doing now. Or work at a zoo. Or volunteer at a humane society. Or offer to read books to people who can't read themselves.
When money's not an issue, there are lots of things I'd love to do.
maybe an ice cream store! or maybe, like, a tour guide or a guide/docent at a zoo or museum something? i don't know...i'm not really into the "performing" aspect, but I love getting people to like things or sharing things that i like with other people...like recruiting for my college or something...but first you have to find something that you like enough.
Funny thing is... I HAD a great job like that at the local science center, doing educational shows and demonstrations. As much as I loved it, I eventually had to quit because of serious safety concerns and dangerously boneheaded upper management. According to the center's website, they're hiring for that job again, and I think the management's changed, and just for a moment, I was tempted...
But I'm looking into other museums, too. An ice cream store would either put me off ice cream forever or make me fat. ;o)
yeah, i can definitely see the downside of the ice cream story...sadly! good luck in your search though. i hope you find something AWESOME! or at least TOLERABLE! ;-)
Group fitness? I think it's awesome - and the bonus of being good for your body, too! Endorphins yay!!!!
Also, pet sitting. Start small and local. Build clientele by word of mouth. People pay good, and it's so much more enjoyable than watching CHILDREN. *shudders* Pet the dog, walk it, then work on writing fic! All in a days work!
Freelance editing? I'm looking into this myself. I want to start out with a set company that will give me stuff. I actually enjoy editing (especially when there's no ~feelings~ involved on the other end), so I'm into it.
Paid studies. Paid studies. Paid studies. If you live near a good university, there's always money to be had for talking about your feelings, or picking colors out of a hat, or getting your brain waves checked. :)
Working in a bookstore. Working in one of those cool toy stores where you get to play with toys & the kids (I'm thinking of Hamley's in London but others must exist too). Working in a funky coffee shop where you get to talk to the customers. Working at the zoo. Working at a historical monument giving tours. Working at a pet rescue. Working at a museum or a library. (All my options are super nerdy /o\)
Actually, tbh if money wasn't a factor I'd probably volunteer all over the place instead of working.

Good luck on your job hunt! :P

Idk if you need a driver's license or something (I know nothing about drivers licenses), but I would LOVE to drive a Zamboni.
