Of gnocchi and lumps
Dec. 1st, 2010 02:40 amOkay, I know I have some chefs on my flist, so a question: I recently came into possession of some whole-wheat gnocchi with sweet potato filling, and I am more excited about them than any pasta probably deserves. The package says to boil them for a few minutes, but doesn't give any serving suggestions. What should I put on them? Tomato-based sauce doesn't seem quite appropriate. Thoughts? And please remember that I'm functionally illiterate when it comes to cooking.
